Two types of submissions will be accepted: full length papers (not exceeding
10 proceeding pages, IEEE Style) and short papers (not exceeding 4 proceeding
pages, IEEE Style). All papers must be in English. Authors are requested to
submit electronically a PostScript or PDF version of their papers.

This site is to be used for electronic submission of abstracts (step 1) and
full (or Short) papers (step 2) for CSMR 2003. Please make sure you have a browser that
supports uploading via a web form. That is necessary in phase 2.
The electronic
submission system is CyberChair. Deadline for submissions is October
