The organizers have agreed with the editor in chief of ACM TOSEM that authors of best papers at WCRE 2004 will be invited to submit an extended and revised version of their paper for special revision track on WCRE 2004 in &lt;a href="http://www.acm.org/tosem/" title="TOSEM"&gt;ACM Transactions on Software Engineering Methodologies (TOSEM)&lt;/a&gt;.
