Doctoral Symposium
The doctoral symposium aims to provide to PhD students an opportunity to present their ongoing work, to interact with other students and to get constructive feedbacks from senior researchers. Students can participate if the estimated completion date of the dissertation is at least six months after the submission deadline.

How to submit
Proposals for the WCRE 2006 Doctoral Symposium be sent via email to the Doctoral Symposium Chair: Hausi Muller (hausi@cs.uvic.ca).

Proposals should contain:
- a brief description (2 pages) of the PhD work
- a letter of recommendation written by the advisor.

Proposals will be reviewed by a separate committee and evaluated based on their originality and technical soundness. Accepted proposals will appear in the proceedings, and authors are expected to participate to the doctoral symposium, where they will present the work to the doctoral committee and to other students. Doctoral symposium attendance is limited to the committee and to students presenting their work.

Submission of proposals for Doctoral Symposium at WCRE 2006 is due on 20 June 2006 11.59 pm (Apia time) (Firm deadline).
