Call for Workshop Proposals

WCRE 2006 offers you the opportunity to organize a workshop devoted to a reverse engineering or reengineering topic.
Workshops will be held in coordination with the WCRE 2006 schedule.
WCRE 2006 workshops are characterized by a focused topic, lively discussion, and enthusiastic participants.
Typical group size is between 10 and 20 participants.

If you are interested in organizing a workshop, please write a workshop description of at most two pages. This description should include the workshop name, organizers, goals, topics addressed, paper selection criteria and mechanism discussion format, length of the workshop (full day or half day) expected outcomes, expected follow ups, and other issues that could be relevant to the workshop.
Workshop proposals will be judged on originality, relevance to the field of reverse engineering, expected level of interest in the topic, and the organizers' ability to lead a successful workshop.

How to submit
Workshop proposals must be sent via email to the WCRE 2006 Workshop Chair: Eugenio Zimeo (zimeo@unisannio.it).

Workshop organizers are expected to:
- advertise the workshop and solicit submissions/venue;
- publish a 1-page description of the workshop in the proceedings;
- produce all the material related to the workshop (e.g. informal proceedings)
- coordinate the workshop sessions and stimulate discussion; and
- report on the workshop discussion and main achievements during the wrap-up plenary discussion.

Deadline
Submission of Workshop proposals is due on 20 June 2006 11.59 pm (Apia time) (Firm deadline).
